Delivery & Return


We strive for parcels to be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most parcels are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 11.00 European CET time. Please see overview of our available delivery options including estimated delivery time and costs below.

The delivery time is an estimate counted from the time the parcel is shipped and it depends on the chosen distributor and method. On very large orders longer handling time must be expected. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.


- 1-2 business days in Denmark, 1-4 business days to Sweden, 2-5 days business days within EU.
- Delivery freight costs for orders below € 110, DK € 5, EU € 7
- Free delivery on orders above €110 to a service point.
- Additional costs apply for home delivery or express delivery and costs can be viewed in our checkout process.


At the moment we cannot handle international shipments outside the EU. We will do our outmost to serve our customers shortly with delivery on a international basis.


For orders paid for and delivered outside the EU, Danish VAT is deducted, but be aware that there may be local customs duties, VAT and possibly handling fees from the freight carrier in the destination country. We therefore recommend that you check local rules before ordering.

Please note that shipping rates outside Denmark may vary depending on the country.


As a consumer you have a 30 day right of withdrawal when you shop on the website. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If the purchase consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or part. In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the first item. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

If you choose to cancel a purchase you must return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. Please note that we do not accept returns from our Beauty Collection due to hygienic reasons, if you encounter an issue due to a defect or quality issue please contact Customer Service

It is unfortunately not possible to exchange for another item online, so if you want to order a new size, colour or style, you must return your purchased style and place a new order.

When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made unless agreed otherwise between us.

All returns have a return cost fee, the fee varies depending on what country you’ve purchased from. See all return prices below. Please be aware, that you are responsible for all return costs including import costs if applicable.

A return cost fee will apply for all orders, this varies depending on which country you’ve purchased from.

    The return cost fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.
