Delivery

Normally we strive to deliver within 1-5 business days. 

This applies on weekdays, which are Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are approximate times and should be seen as a guide. 

Please be aware that during busy periods and in connection with sales, for example Black Friday, there may be a delivery time of up to 1-7 working days.

Your order will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and which delivery company is used. 

We take pride in offering our customers the least expensive secure option for deliveries. At checkout you will be provided with several options of freight suppliers which gives you a freedom to choice what best suits you for an optimal delivery experience.

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, where you can track your package. 

In addition to Denmark, we also ship to other countries.

Note that in the webshop you must make sure that you have checked in on the correct country version - you choose this in the top right corner.

- 1-2 business days in Denmark, 1-4 business days to Sweden, 2-5 days business days within EU.

- Delivery freight costs for orders below € 110, DK € 5, EU € 7

- Free delivery on orders above €110 to a service point.

- Additional costs apply for home delivery or express delivery and costs can be viewed in our checkout process.

Returns

You have 30 days if you want to return an order from os - which starts the day the package is delivered to your address. If you've chosen to pick up your package in a Parcel Shop, it start's when you have picked up the package.

If you return an item from a order with several items and then later, within your 30 days return right, return another item from the order, you will be charged for every single return.

The shipping cost will be displayed and you will be given options for creating a return label.

If you want to exchange for another product, please return your purchased item, after which you must place a new order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two different orders in the same package.

At our online flagship store you can find all our fantastic products that you can have delivered directly to your door.

Here you can pay with VISA and Mastercard and our great customer service is always on the phone, chat or email ready to help with any questions.

If you have a discount code, you can enter the discount code when you go to the checkout.

Home by Ilse Jacobsen originates from nature and the characteristic atmosphere of the idyllic seaside town of Hornbæk, with its many colours and shapes that change according to season.

Each design has deep roots in the beautiful nature and has a compelling narrative. The narrative takes us back in time and place, reminding us of feelings and memories.

We embrace the nature, sand and seaweed that emerges and use it as a source of inspiration to create our designs. The feeling of snuggling under the duvet in freshly washed bedding that dried out in the sun. The memory of the cleanest of scents and the fresh crispy feeling of sheets. These are the feelings and memories that we at Home by Ilse Jacobsen want to embrace.
